WP3: Training the teachers
The teachers participating in the two LTTAs, previously the first training activity, had to take an online course offered by Gheorghe Asachi University, Faculty of Textiles-Leather and Industrial Management from Iași.
The Sustainability Expert course developed in the Erasmus+ project “Circular Economy Innovative Skills in the Textile Sector”, ECO TEX aims to empower learners to develop an understanding of global garment supply chains and the impact they have on people and our planet, while building strategies for change by driving forward a Textile and Clothing industry that supports people, planet, profits and creativity in equal measure.
Only the participants who have completed this course participated in the first LTTA, with a duration of 5 days, organised in Romania by the partner UAV Arad in the field of circular product design entitled Design for a circular economy. The training contained both theoretical (30%) and practical (70%) elements and covered the following topics:
